The Glamping pods have underfloor heating, electricity and en-suite facilities so are extremely comfortable and cosy all year round.

Check in is strictly from 4pm and Check out is at 10am. 

Please ensure the site gates are securely closed after entry and exit.

On the day before arrival you will receive an email/text message confirming your key code. The code will allow you to access the key box and retrieve your key. On departure please lock the door and place the key back in the key safe. 

If you have not received your code by 11am on day of arrival please call or message 07368998789.

Unfortunately we do not allow early check in or late check out as we require sufficient cleaning time to have the Glamping pods ready for our next guests. 

We require a non refundable deposit of 50% for all bookings which will be taken at the time of booking. The remaining balance is due 30 days before your stay. If you book within 30 days of your stay the full amount will be taken at the time of booking.

Extras should also be purchased when you make your booking.

Yes, we provide all bed linen and your bed will be made up for your arrival. If you are using the sofa bed, please let us know in advance so that we can leave the bed linen for you to use during your stay. The linen will be placed in the storage compartment in the sofa and includes a duvet, duvet cover, 2x pillows, pillowcases and a flat sheet.

We provide a basic towel set including a hand and bath towel per person.  These are provided for indoor use only.  We recommend you bring your own hot tub towels/dressing gowns.

Tea, coffee, sugar and a fresh pint of semi skimmed milk are provided in the Welcome basket along with some Border biscuits.

Unlimited hot tub logs are now included in the price of your stay along with a hot tub starter kit made up of 1x bag of kindling, fire starters and a fire lighter. If you require additional kindling this is charged at £3 per bag. Payment via honesty box at the communal log store in the car park area.

For the enjoyment of all guests we politely ask for a quiet time between the hours of 10pm-7am.

We operate a strict no smoking policy inside the pods. This includes tobacco products and e-cigarettes.

Guests are permitted to smoke outside the Glamping pod and you must dispose of your cigarette in waste bin attached to the post on the decking near the BBQ.

Smoking in the hot tub is STRICTLY prohibited.

All our pods are now dog friendly with fully enclosed garden areas to enjoy. A maximum of two well behaved dogs are welcome at an additional charge of £20 per stay.

Please note: dogs are not allowed on the sofa or bed and must NEVER be left unsupervised in the Glamping pod. It is the responsibility of pet owners to clean up all fouling around the glamping pods ensuring it is disposed of in the designated dog waste bin.

We are a working livestock farm so please be respectful and keep your dog under control at all times. If we think your dog is causing a nuisance on site or is found chasing farm animals you will be asked to leave immediately.

We do not provide anything for your dog so please bring all your pets essentials, bed, bowls, lead, drying towel and poop bags! 

You will find the following items in the kitchenette of each Snug:

  • Two ring hob
  • Microwave
  • Toaster
  • Kettle
  • Fridge with small freezer box
  • Cutlery and utensils
  • 3 pot set and frying pan
  • Colander
  • Cups
  • All tableware – plates, bowls and side plates
  • Glassware
  • Chopping boards

We very much encourage groups of friends and family looking for a quiet and relaxing catch up. (Please be aware that there is a strict maximum of 4 adults per cabin)

We DO NOT accept bookings for Hen or Stag parties. 

Yes, there is a car park on site with a short walk to each Glamping pod. Please only one vehicle per pod, except by prior arrangement.

Visitors are not permitted on site at any time. The site is strictly for use by those who are recorded as a guest at time of booking.

Please do not ask for any exceptions to be made as this unfortunately cannot be accommodated.

Yes we have recently introduced a brand new bespoke BBQ station with shelter at each pod. This has been especially designed to fit a family/party size disposable bbq.

We prefer that all disposable BBQs are bought on site so if you intend to use the BBQ station please add this on as an extra. A large disposable bbq with all utensils are charged at £6.50. While you are at it, why not treat yourself to a  Banging Borders BBQ Box locally produced by Pringles Fresh Food Produce.

Yes, each Glamping pod has a hairdryer for use during your stay.

Before heading to the supermarket, why not try some of the very best local produce the Scottish Borders has to offer:

  • Finest Scottish meats at Robert Pringle Family Butcher, 77 High Street, Hawick, TD9 8BL.
  • Artisan bread, speciality cheeses, cured meat, dressings, sauces and lots more all locally sourced and sold at Land O’Tastes, 17 Commercial Road, Hawick

Alternatively, in town you will find a Morrisons, Sainsburys, Lidl, Aldi and Iceland.

Hawick offers an abundance of local pubs, restaurants and takeaways. Further details are included in the Guest information booklet in each Glamping pod.

The following condition applies if we are unable to accommodate your booking due to COVID-19 ‘lockdown’ restrictions, or if you are not able to attend due to restrictions in other countries or because you need to self isolate: Any payments you have made (whether deposit or full balance) are not refundable. However, they can be used instead towards a new booking made within the following 12 months. It is highly recommended that you obtain travel insurance to cover you in the event of a Covid 19 related cancellation.

Our pods are professionally cleaned at each change over by a local cleaning company where all staff are Covid 19 trained and tested twice each week.
